Securing Your Appointment
To ensure you get the look you desire, we require that all appointments be secured with a valid credit card. Rest assured that no charges will be made to your card until after your appointment is completed.
Need To Cancel?
I know that life can get in the way. That’s why I try to be as flexible as possible when it comes to cancelling. If you cancel more than 72 hours before your set appointment, we’ll do our best to set up a better slot for you. Under 72 hours will incur a 50% charge of service total. If you cancel with less than 48 hours to go, we will have to charge you 100% of your total service. No call/ No shows will be charged 100% of the service total.
Running Behind?
Please be courteous to the staff and other clients at Studio M Salon and make sure you arrive on time for each appointment. If you are more than 15min late we may have to reschedule your appointment for another time, this will also fall into my late cancellation policy. I understand life happens so if you see you are running late, the best thing to do is let me know and of course I will give you the same courtesy.
Redo's
Got a curl that's not in formation? Or the shape is not shaping? Let me know. Give me a chance to fix it. All redos will be honored within 7 days of original appointment.
